"MonicaWe met Monica by chance as she was the realtor for a property we were looking at. It wasn’t meant to be but she kept in contact with us for over a year, guided us as we prepared and looked for a home. The pandemic was in full swing when we found a property we were interested in. I contacted her at 5pm on a Saturday afternoon, she scheduled the walkthrough appt for the next morning and by 5pm Sunday we had a signed contract.We were under time constraints to have the closing done before the year was up for tax purposes and Monica made it happen. Even with the pandemic in full swing and shortages in surveyors she made it happen on time by the date needed. She answered every call and question we had as we bought our first home.
